Zucchini Brownies

Recipe Ingredients

		Beat Together
4		Eggs
1 1/2 cups	355ml	Oil
2 cups	396g / 13oz	Sugar
		Mix Together Until Smooth
2 cups	125g / 4.4oz	Flour
2 teaspoons	10ml	Baking soda
2 teaspoons	10ml	Cinnamon
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
4 tablespoons	60ml	Cocoa
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla
3 cups	711ml	Zucchini - grated
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Nuts - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Mix all together well and spread into greased jelly roll pan. 350F for 25-30 minutes
