Yogurt Parfait Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Flavored yogurt | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Granola - low fat |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced fresh fruit - (apple, banana- strawberries etc.) |
In a parfait or large glass mug, layer one-third of yogurt, half of granola and then half of the fruit. Repeat layers and top with remaining yogurt.
Yield: one serving.
