Whipped Topping Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Instant nonfat dry milk |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ice water |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
Chill small bowl and beaters. Combine milk powder with ice water in bowl. Beat until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Add vanilla. Serve immediately. Makes about 2 cups.
