Whipped Ricotta Topping Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Apple juice |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
1 | Unflavored gelatin | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Nonfat ricotta cheese |
1 cup | 237ml | Nonfat buttermilk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Cook apple juice, sugar and gelatin over medium heat about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until gelatin is dissolved.
Place gelatin mixture and remaining ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend about 30 seconds or until smooth. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes or until almost set.
