Warm Saute Of Summer Fruit

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlUnsalted butter or margarine
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlSugar
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozStrawberries - or pitted bing cherries, sliced
3/4 cup 177mlBlueberries
1 cup 237mlPeaches - nectarines, or peeled kiwi, sliced
2 tablespoons 30mlKirsch - or to taste

Recipe Instructions

1. Melt butter in a saute pan or large skillet. Stir in sugar.

2. Add fresh fruits and liqueur. Adjust liqueur to taste.

3. Cook over medium heat, basting with sauce, until fruits are warmed through. Do not overcook.
