Butter - to taste | ||
Mustard - to taste | ||
Swiss cheese slices | ||
Roast pork slices | ||
Country-style ham slices | ||
Dill pickle slices |
Slice bread lengthwise. Butter one half, and spread mustard on the other. Layer cheese, pork and ham on one side. Top with pickles.
To heat sandwich, heat butter in heavy skillet. Lay both sides of sandwich in skillet. Cover with buttered piece of waxed paper. Top with heavy skillet, and press down on sandwich halves. Put both sides of sandwich together, and cover with buttered wax paper again. Press down on sandwich with heavy skillet until filling is heated and bread is toasted, turning once.
