Creamy Citrus Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	118ml	Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons	30ml	Reserved liquid from oranges
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Fruity vinegar, such as citrus,
		Raspberry or cranberry
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon	5ml	Sugar
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Freshly ground pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until well blended. Drizzle over Spinach Salad.
