1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Butter |
1 1/4 cups | 78g / 2.8oz | Flour |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Blanched almonds - ground |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
Combine cut up butter, sugar, flour and almonds with hands and work until dough is smooth.
Chill dough at least 1 hour.
Pinch off small pieces and roll into crescents.
Bake in a 350F oven for 12-15 minutes.
Remove and roll in sugar while hot.
