1 1/2 cups 297g / 10ozMargarine - melted
2 cups 474mlApples - sliced (large)
1 1/3 cups 263g / 9.3ozSugar
1 1/4 cups 247g / 8.7ozMargarine
1 1/4 cups 247g / 8.7ozSugar
1   Egg
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozFlour
1 1/4 cups 296mlMolasses
1 1/3 cups 213g / 7.5ozBrown sugar
1 teaspoon 5mlSoda
1 teaspoon 5mlGinger
1 teaspoon 5mlCinnamon
1 teaspoon 5mlCloves
1 1/4 teaspoons 6.3mlSalt
3 1/2 cups 829mlHot tea

Recipe Instructions

Pour melted margarine into a 9" dish and place apples in dish, sprinkle with brown sugar. Mix other ingredients together and pour over apples.

Bake at 350F about 45 minutes. Cool in pan 4 or 5 minutes., invert onto serving plate.
