Touchdown Peanut Butter Marbled Brownies

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 198g / 7ozButter or margarine - melted
2 cups 396g / 13ozSugar
2 teaspoons 10mlVanilla extract
3   Eggs
3/4 cup 82g / 2.9ozHershey's cocoa
1 1/4 cups 78g / 2.8ozAll-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlBaking powder
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1 cup 237mlHershey's milk chocolate - chips
  Peanut Butter Filling
2   Softened cream cheese - (3oz)
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozReese's peanut butter
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozSugar
1   Egg
2 tablespoons 30mlMilk

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 350F.

Grease 13x9x2" baking pan.

Prepare PEANUT BUTTER FILLING. Stir together melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well. Add cocoa; beat until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat well. Stir in chips. Remove 1 cup batter. Pour remaining batter into prepared pan.

Spread PEANUT BUTTER FILLING over surface. Drop reserved chocolate batter by teaspoonfuls over filling.

Using knife, gently swirl for marbled effect.

Bake 35-40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean.

PEANUT BUTTER FILLING: In small mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, REESE'S Peanut Butter, sugar, egg and milk until smooth and creamy.
