Tofu-Fruit Pudding

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 lb 227g / 8ozFirm tofu
3 tablespoons 45mlHoney
1 cup 237mlFrozen fruit - such as raspberries strawberries or blueberries

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor with a metal blade. Process until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least an hour. Serves 4.
