Tofu-Fruit Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Firm tofu |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Honey |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Frozen fruit - such as raspberries strawberries or blueberries |
Combine all ingredients in a food processor with a metal blade. Process until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least an hour. Serves 4.
