Citrus Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Scallions (green onions) - sliced | |
2 | Stems cilantro | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
Sugar - to taste | ||
1 | Blood orange | |
1 | Lime | |
1 | Pink grapefruit |
Peel and remove each segment from an orange, lime, and grapefruit. Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Toss and serve chilled or at room temperature.
For best results, use this salsa within six hours.
