Tapioca Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tapioca |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
Separate the egg, mix egg yolk, milk, sugar, tapioca, salt in sauce pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils for 3 minutes.
Cool, stir in vanilla.
Beat egg white until foamy, beating constantly. Add remaining sugar a little at a time.
Beat egg white until stiff, fold beaten egg white into pudding.
Chill and serve.
