1 cup | 237ml | Sliced strawberries |
2/3 cup | 97g / 3.4oz | Kiwi fruit - chopped |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Orange sections - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground ginger |
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled.
