Tamora Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Papaya - slightly unripe, - (medium) peel and seeds remov | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Pineapple chunks - fresh |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Oranges - juiced -=or=- (medium) |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice |
Cut the papaya into small pieces. Put in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend at medium speed until smooth.
Pour into pudding glasses. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until the puddings are firm. Then serve immediately.
If keeping the puddings longer, cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
