Sunny Citrus Cubes Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Unflavored gelatin |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Unsweetened grapefruit juice |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Unsweetened orange juice - - boiling |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Orange extract |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Walnuts - chopped (optional) |
Soften gelatin in grapefruit juice.
Add orange juice, orange extract and sugar.
Stir until dissolved. Pour into 8" square pan.
Chill until partially set.
Sprinkle with walnuts if you wish.
Yield: 16 pieces, 2 inch x 2 inch
