1 | Low-fat yogurt - (vanilla), 8oz | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon - optional |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Strawberries |
Blue berries | ||
Raspberries - chopped | ||
Peaches - or combination |
Cook rice according to pkg directions; drain Cut bag open and empty into medium bowl; cool to room temp.
Stir in yogurt, honey and cinnamon; cover and chill. Just before serving, layer with or stir in fruit.
Makes 4 servings, about 3 1/2 cups pudding.
