Summer-Speedy Rice Pudding

Recipe Ingredients

1   Rice - boil in bag (family
1   Low-fat yogurt - (vanilla), 8oz
2 tablespoons 30mlHoney
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCinnamon - optional
1 1/2 cups 355mlStrawberries
  Blue berries
  Raspberries - chopped
  Peaches - or combination

Recipe Instructions

Cook rice according to pkg directions; drain Cut bag open and empty into medium bowl; cool to room temp.

Stir in yogurt, honey and cinnamon; cover and chill. Just before serving, layer with or stir in fruit.

Makes 4 servings, about 3 1/2 cups pudding.
