Summer Fruit Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Papaya - diced | |
2 | Oranges - diced | |
2 | Sliced peaches | |
2 | Guavas - cut into pieces | |
4 | Turbana bananas - sliced | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Turbana bananas - smashed |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Apricot flavored yogurt |
Red or green cherries |
Mix all the ingredients lightly with two forks. (Do not drain the tinned fruit.)
Decorate with cherries.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
