Summer Fruit In Amaretto Syrup

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlFresh blueberries
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozPitted fresh cherries
2 cups 474mlSliced unpeeled fresh apricots - (5 medium)
1/4 cup 59mlAmaretto
3 tablespoons 45mlWhite vinegar
2 tablespoons 30mlHoney

Recipe Instructions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium-size shallow dish; set aside.

Combine amaretto and vinegar in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat, and stir in honey; pour over fruit. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Stir gently before serving.

Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
