3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Gruyre cheese |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Emmenthal (most common brand of |
Swiss cheese) | ||
Fresh grated nutmeg | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brandy or kirschwasser |
Place cheese and nutmeg in fondue pot. Bring cheese mixture to a very slow boil. When the mixture begins to boil add brandy or kirschwasser.
