Summer Berries With Yogurt-Citrus Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries | ||

Butter cookie or shards of waffle cone | ||
Sauce | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Plain yogurt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice - fresh squeezed |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lime juice - fresh squeezed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon peel - finely shredded |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lime peel - finely shredded |
Divide fruit between 4 goblets or parfait glasses. Spoon sauce over each and garnish with cookie.
Description: "Finely shredded lime zest adds a special "zing" to this berry dessert. For a refreshingly different dessert in summer or winter, try using frozen, partially thawed berries."
