Strawberry-Pineapple Freeze Recipe - Cooking Index
| 21 oz | 596g | Strawberry pie filling |
| 15 1/4 oz | 433g | Unsweetened crushed pineapple - drained |
| 14 oz | 397g | Low-fat sweetened condensed milk |
| 8 oz | 227g | Frozen fat-free whipped topping - thawed |
| 1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Flaked sweetened coconut - toasted |
Combine first 4 ingredients, stir well.
Spoon into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish; cover. Freeze at least 6 hours.
Cut into squares; sprinkle each serving with 1 teaspoon coconut.
