Strawberry Mold

Recipe Ingredients

1		Gelatin-unflavored
2		Jell-o-strawberry
2		Strawberries-frozen - (thawed)
3		Bananas-mashed
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Walnuts-chopped
1		Pineapple-crushed - canned
1		Sour cream
1 cup	237ml	Boiling water

Recipe Instructions

Soften gelatin with juice from pineapple. Add Jell-O and dissolve with 1 cup boiling water. Add bananas, pineapple, strawberries and walnuts. Mix well.

Pour half of mixture into a bowl. Refrigerate until hard. Spread sour cream on mixture. Cover with rest of mixture and refrigerate.
