Strawberry Jell-O Salad

Recipe Ingredients

6 oz	170g	Strawberry jell-o - (in packages)
2 cups	474ml	Boiling water
1		Frozen strawberries
1		Crushed pineapple
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Chopped pecans
8 oz	227g	Sour cream

Recipe Instructions

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.

Add strawberries and stir until thawed.

Add pineapple (including juice) and nuts.

Pour half this mixture into bowl and spread sour cream over it (Jell-O is liquid), then add rest of Jell-O mixture.

Chill.
