Strawberry Jell-O Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 6 oz | 170g | Strawberry jell-o - (in packages) |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Boiling water |
| 1 | Frozen strawberries | |
| 1 | Crushed pineapple | |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped pecans |
| 8 oz | 227g | Sour cream |
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add strawberries and stir until thawed.
Add pineapple (including juice) and nuts.
Pour half this mixture into bowl and spread sour cream over it (Jell-O is liquid), then add rest of Jell-O mixture.
Chill.
