Strawberry Chiffon Squares Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Graham wafer crumbs |
| 1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Margarine |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Boiling water |
| 1 | Strawberry jell-o | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Eagle brand milk |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Realemon lemon juice |
| 1 | Frozen sliced strawberries | |
| 3 cups | 711ml | Miniature marshmallows |
| 1/2 | Whipping cream [whipped] |
Combine crumbs and margarine and pat on bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water in a large bowl.
Stir in sweetened milk, lemon juice, strawberries and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour over crumb crust.
Chill until set, about 2 hours.
