Strawberries With Tequila And Black Pepper Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 1422ml | Halved strawberries |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Tequila |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Freshly ground pepper |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Balsamic vinegar |
Mint sprigs - (optional) |
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl, and toss well. Cover and chill 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
