Strawberries Elegante

Recipe Ingredients

6 cups	1422ml	Strawberry slices - fresh
2 tablespoons	30ml	Orange flavored liqueur - or
		Juice
8 oz	227g	Light cream cheese
3 tablespoons	45ml	Brown sugar
1 tablespoon	15ml	Orange flavored liqueur - or
		Juice
1 tablespoon	15ml	Skim milk

Recipe Instructions

Toss strawberries with 2 tb liqueur in small bowl.

Place cream cheese product, brown sugar, 1 tb liqueur and milk in food processor or blender container; process until well blended.

Serve over strawberries.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
