Spirited Fruit Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange flavored liqueur - or |
| Juice | ||
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 3 cups | 711ml | Assorted fresh/cut-up fruit |
In medium bowl, combine liqueur, lemon juice and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in fruit. Cover; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Serve with cheesecake, pound cake, ice cream or sherbet. Refrigerate leftovers (if there are any!).
