Southern Fruit Compote

Recipe Ingredients

32 oz 909gApplesauce
20 oz 568gPineapple chunks in juice - drained
20 oz 568gCanned peaches - or plums, drained
3   Bananas - sliced
3 tablespoons 45mlBrown sugar
3 tablespoons 45mlNuts - chopped

Recipe Instructions

In casserole put 1/3 of applesauce, 1/2 of pineapple, 1/2 of peaches or plums, and 1/2 of bananas. Repeat. Put rest of applesauce on top. Sprinkle with sugar and nuts.

Bake 1 hour at 350F.
