Southern Fruit Compote Recipe - Cooking Index
| 32 oz | 909g | Applesauce |
| 20 oz | 568g | Pineapple chunks in juice - drained |
| 20 oz | 568g | Canned peaches - or plums, drained |
| 3 | Bananas - sliced | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown sugar |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Nuts - chopped |
In casserole put 1/3 of applesauce, 1/2 of pineapple, 1/2 of peaches or plums, and 1/2 of bananas. Repeat. Put rest of applesauce on top. Sprinkle with sugar and nuts.
Bake 1 hour at 350F.
