1/3 cup | 78ml | White grape juice |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Cream sherry |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Ginger ale - chilled |

Sherry cooler is a very pleasant refreshment in spring time. For one serving (and multiply as needed--especially since there are several hundred bubbas at this virtual Southern luncheon) this is what you do.
Combine 1/3 cup white grape juice, 1/3 cup cream sherry (I hope David Robinson's alcohol budget won't be too stretched by the many bottles we need for this grand occasion!), and 2/3 cup chilled ginger ale. Pour over ice.
This is intended to go with the luncheon since curried shrimp is rather spicy.
