Semolina Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
4 1/2 cups | 1066ml | Milk |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1 | Salt | |
1 | Vanilla bean - split | |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Semolina |
4 oz | 113g | Unsalted butter |
1 | Raspberries | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sweetened whipped cream |
6 sections | Mint |
Preheat oven to 400F.
Bring milk, sugar, salt and vanilla bean to a boil.
Using a whisk, mix in the semolina and butter.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
Garnish with the berries, cream, and mint.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
