Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 160g / 5.6ozBrown sugar
1/2 cup 164g / 5.8ozLight corn syrup
1 cup 160g / 5.6ozRaisins
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozPeanut butter - (smooth)
3 1/2 cups 218g / 7.7ozCorn flakes

Recipe Instructions

In a large skillet over low heat cook sugar and syrup until melted.

Add peanut butter and raisins, mix until smooth consistency. Remove from heat and quickly add corn flakes. Mix until flakes are well coated.

Spread into 9" x 13" greased pan and cut into squares when hardened or drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
