S'mores Pizza (Sweet Treat)

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 cups	182g / 6.4oz	Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Sugar
1/3 cup	65g / 2.3oz	Butter
1/2 cup	118ml	Whipping cream
6 oz	170g	Milk chocolate
		Mini-marshmallows as needed

Recipe Instructions

Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press mixture into a pizza pan. Heat whipping cream to boiling. Add chocolate. Stir to melt chocolate, then pour over the mixture in the pan.

Top with marshmallows and toast in the oven at 400F until marshmallows melt slightly. Chill in the refrigerator until firm. Cut like a pizza and serve.
