Recipe Ingredients

  Tangy fruit salsa - (recipe available)
2 cups 292g / 10ozNonfat ricotta cheese
1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozSugar
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlVanilla
1/2   Light cream cheese - (8-ounce size)

Recipe Instructions

Prepare Tangy Fruit Salsa. Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Serve with Salsa.
