Tangy fruit salsa - (recipe available) | ||
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Nonfat ricotta cheese |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Vanilla |
1/2 | Light cream cheese - (8-ounce size) |
Prepare Tangy Fruit Salsa. Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Serve with Salsa.
