Rice Pudding - 5 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Flour |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coconut flavoring |
| 1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Cooked rice |
| 1/2 | Oleo or butter |
Sift sugar and flour. Beat eggs until frothy. Add to flour along with other ingredients except oleo or butter. Melt oleo in baking dish. Pour other ingredients into this dish. Bake at 300F until slightly brown on top. Don't over bake.
