Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute - (equal to 4 eggs) |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
(or substitute 15 packets Equal sweetener) | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Flour |
5 cups | 1185ml | Skim milk - scalded |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vanilla |
Mix Egg Beaters, sugar, and flour. Add milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened (consistency of soft custard). Cool and flavor with vanilla. Freeze in 1/2 gallon hand crank or electric ice cream freezer.
Serving size is 1 cup.
