Raspberry Cream-Cheese Bars Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter - softened |
| 1 | Raspberry cake mix | |
| 1 | Cream cheese - (8 oz.) | |
| 1 | Box confectioner's sugar | |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| Red food coloring |
Preheat oven to 350F.
In 1 bowl mix butter and cake mix, blending well. Press mixture into 9x13 inch greased pan.
In another bowl cream together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and eggs. Blend until creamy. Check bottom of bowl to get all lumps blended in thoroughly.
Mix in 3-5 drops red food coloring. Pour over cake mix. Reduce oven temperature to 325F.
Bake for 35 minutes or until light brown on top. Cool completely, cut and enjoy. Makes 48.
