Raspberry Bread Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 | Raspberry-filled croissants diagonally, cut in | |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
| 1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Semisweet chocolate chips |
Preheat oven to 325F.
In a 2-quart baking dish, place croissants.
In large bowl, combine eggs, milk and sugar.
Add chocolate chips.
Pour over croissants.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
