Quick Pots De Crème Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 6 oz | 170g | Semi-sweet chocolate bits |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Rum |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | Salt |
Heat milk to boiling point. Place all other ingredients in an electric blender, and add hot milk.
Blend at low speed one minute. Stir with a rubber spatula to remove bubbles.
Pour into pot de crème cups and chill several hours before serving.
