1 | Pineapple chunks in heavy syrup - (20 oz) - drained, | |

1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless skinless chicken breasts - cut in 1" pieces |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Green peppers - cut in 1" chunks (medium) |
1 | Tomato-Onion soup mix | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On wooden toothpicks, alternately thread pineapple, chicken, and green pepper. Place kabobs in shallow baking pan and bake 20 minutes or unti chicken is tender.
Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, blend tomato-onion soup mix, reserved syrup, water, and vinegar. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened (about 5 minutes). Serve with kabobs.
Serving size is 1 kabob.
