Preserve-Filled Crepes

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlFruit preserves or marmalade
  Sweet buckwheat crepes - (see recipe)
  Melted butter - for garnish

Recipe Instructions

Spread 2 tablespoons preserves evenly over the surface of each hot crepe. Fold in quarters, brush with butter, and serve.

Makes 8 filled crepes.
