Preserve-Filled Crepes Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Fruit preserves or marmalade |
| Sweet buckwheat crepes - (see recipe) | ||
| Melted butter - for garnish |
Spread 2 tablespoons preserves evenly over the surface of each hot crepe. Fold in quarters, brush with butter, and serve.
Makes 8 filled crepes.
