Sweet 'N' Sour Cabbage Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Shredded cabbage, red or green |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
2 | Apples - diced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Caraway seeds |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dill |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | White vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco sauce |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
Microwave cabbage and water on high for 7 minutes. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients and add to cabbage. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes until apples are crisp-tender. May be served warm or cold.
