Pineapple Sherbet Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Pineapple | |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
Slice pineapple in half, lengthwise. Remove pulp and place in saucepan with the remaining ingredients.
Cook 5 minutes. Place in food processor or blender until smooth.
Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer, beat until frothy, place into pineapple shell and freeze until ready to serve.
