Pineapple Gelatin Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Unflavored gelatin |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cold water |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Orange extract |
1 | Unsweetened pineapple, crushed |
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and allow 5 minutes to soften. Dissolve over hot water.
Mix remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. Add gelatin mixture and whip until blended. Pour into 3 cup mold and refrigerate until set. Garnish with whipped topping.
