1 | Crushed pineapple - drained | |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Nutmeats |

Graham crackers | ||

Cream together the sugar and butter. Add the eggs one at a time and beat untill fluffy.
Fold in the drained pineapple and the nutmeats (walnuts pecans etc -- your choice). Line an 8 x 8 cake pan with graham cracker crumbs, then add alternate layers of mixture and crumbs. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream and cherries on individual pieces.
NOTES : Note: All ingredients should be at room temperature before you start.
