Sorbet Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Yogurt, low-fat |
2 | Egg whites | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon or lime juice |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Sugar |
3 cups | 711ml | Chunk-cut frozen fruit |
Place yogurt, egg whites, juice, and sugar in food processor; blend briefly. With processor running, gradually add frozen fruit until sorbet is formed (2 to 3 minutes).
Serving size is 1 cup.
