Pineapple And Banana Dessert Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Pineapple | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Sweet cream |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
| 1 | Egg - well beaten | |
| 6 | Bananas - sliced | |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Miniature marshmallows |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Nuts - chopped (opt.) |
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Place juice in saucepan; add cream, sugar, flour and egg.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour hot mixture over pineapple, bananas, marshmallows and nuts.
