Peter Pumpkin Delight

Recipe Ingredients

1		Pumpkin
3		Eggs
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar - brown
1		Milk - canned
3/4 teaspoon	3.8ml	Salt
1 teaspoon	5ml	Pumpkin pie spice
1		Cake mix - white
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Butter - melted
1/4 cup	36g / 1.3oz	Pecans - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix pumpkin, eggs, sugar, milk, and seasonings. Pour into buttered 9x13" pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top and push down into pumpkin mixture, but do not mix. Drizzle melted butter over top, then sprinkle with pecan pieces. Bake 45-60 minutes. Serve warm or cold with whipped topping.
