Sherried Mushrooms Recipe - Cooking Index
12 oz | 340g | Fresh mushrooms - sliced |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cooking sherry |
1/2 | Onion - sliced |
In a nonstick fry pan, combine cooking sherry, onion, and mushrooms. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes. Serve as a side dish with lean meat or chicken.
Serving size is 3/4 cup.
