Pecan Tossies

Recipe Ingredients

3 oz 85gCream cheese
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozButter
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozFlour
1   Egg
3/4 cup 120g / 4.2ozBrown sugar
1 tablespoon 15mlSoft butter
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
1   Salt
3/4 cup 109g / 3.8ozPecans - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Let cream cheese and butter soften at room temp. Blend. Stir in flour. Chill slightly for about an hour. Shape into 24 1" balls.

press each into ungreased muffin tins against bottom and sides to form tart crusts. Chill while mixing filling. Beat together egg, sugar, 1tb butter, vanilla and salt until smooth. Divide half the pecans and place in pastry cups. Add egg mixture. Top with remaining pecans.

Bake in slow oven (325F) for 25 minutes until set. Cool and remove from pans.
